England update: Quansah excluded
The defender will be absent from England's FIFA World Cup qualifier against Latvia due to injury and the player – who did not participate in England's three-nil friendly win over the Welsh team at Wembley Stadium – will return to his team Bayer Leverkusen.
The former Liverpool defender has been a key player in the team's defence this campaign but the national squad said no additional team replacements were planned for the qualifier in the Latvian capital on Tuesday.
The English side could earn a place for the upcoming World Cup with two matches to spare if they defeat their opponents on this Tuesday and results in other matches in Group K go their in their favor.
